Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you begins when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason — for example, because an item is out of stock — we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The price you see at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping, is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges added after purchase.

Your card or payment statement will show a charge from Saint Martin Co. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute — we will identify the transaction for you immediately.

Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your destination country. These are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

We take care to describe our products accurately. Photographs are representative; colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Size guides are provided on product pages. Measurements are given in centimetres and reflect actual garment dimensions. If a garment runs small or has an unusual fit, this is noted on the product page.

If you receive an item that does not match its description on our website, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will resolve it under our Refund and Return Policy.

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible at support@saintmartinco.com and we will cancel and refund you in full within 3 business days.

If your order has already been dispatched when you contact us, it cannot be recalled, but you may return it under our Refund and Return Policy once it arrives.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have rights under applicable consumer protection law that we cannot override.

Our Refund and Return Policy describes how we meet and in many cases exceed those rights. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

We aim to resolve every complaint within 5 business days. Email support@saintmartinco.com with the word COMPLAINT in the subject line and it will be escalated to a manager immediately.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution scheme. Customers in the European Union may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of purchase, for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for any business losses (including loss of profit or revenue) if you are using our products for commercial purposes.

This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our business is registered. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
